By using the Combibo Tuition services you agree the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services. Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information given by Combibo Tuition it is provided without any representation or guarantee and in no event shall Combibo Tuition be liable in connection with the use of the information made available, unless specifically stated otherwise. Combibo Tuition does not guarantee that the Web Site or the server, which make this Web Site available, are free from viruses or any other harmful elements. The website(s) run by Combibo Tuition may provide links to other website(s), which are not under the control of Combibo Tuition. Combibo Tuition shall not be responsible in any way of the content of such other websites. Combibo Tuition provides such links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any such websites does not imply endorsement by Combibo Tuition of the content of such sites. The users should not create a link to this website from another website or document without Combibo Tuition LLP prior written consent. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Copyright in the website, resources, social media pages and their content rests with Combibo Tuition or its licensors. All rights reserved.

1.2 Fees and Payment
Payments must not be made directly to session leaders at any time. A registration fee of £20 will be applicable for every individual student using the services of Combibo Tuition, unless otherwise stated by the company. Sessions will be billed at £10 per session with an option to sign up for a free “general study” hour which will operate once weekly on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment should be made every four weeks by standing order, and no missed sessions can be refunded. In the event of Combibo Tuition closing during school holidays, no moneys shall be refunded and payments are expected to continue as normal. The dates will be clearly outlined at the time of subscription to Combibo Tuition’s services.

1.3 Liability
Combibo Tuition do not accept any liability for any claims by the Client arising out of or related to external examination results.

1.4 General
Combibo Tuition reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Senior Managing Partner of Combibo Tuition, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions put forward by the Client. No variation or alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a Senior Managing Partner of Combibo Tuition.

1.5 Approval
Acceptance of our services will be taken to represent agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

1.6 Session Leaders

Our Session Leaders are all fully DBS checked and have gone through a thorough suitability procedure before the commencement of employment. The following arrangements are understood and agreed by both parties:

1.7 General
Once a tuition arrangement has been confirmed, you are entering into a contract between you (the client) and Combibo Tuition (the company). Combibo Tuition holds the best interests of the both the its employees and the clients. Combibo Tuition is responsible for finding students and an appropriate Session Leader for the specific subject and to support the student(s) in this area, and is not responsible for the results of examinations sat by the student(s) with an external provider. The terms of contract entered into by you with the client shall be in the form provided by Combibo Tuition unless otherwise agreed by Combibo Tuition. Upon signature of the agreement by the client, you will return the agreement to Combibo Tuition duly signed by you.

1.8 Environment
You and Combibo Tuition will both be responsible for keeping the public spaces safe at the centre(s), and to report any damages. Please note that intentional damage caused by users of the Combibo Tuition services will be invoiced for the cost of repair or replacement.

1.9 Payment
Combibo Tuition will agree the fee structure with the client and this must not be changed without written authority of Combibo Tuition. As part of the service, Combibo Tuition will collect the fees due from students on a four-weekly basis before any tuition takes place via standing order. Fees will be agreed between Combibo Tuition and the client before payments are set up. The client reserves the right to cancel payment at any time, which will result in use of our services terminating once the four-week payment has expired. This will form a rolling month-by-month contract with Combibo Tuition which must be adhered to. It is agreed that the client will give a minimum of two weeks’ notice before their intended cancellation of services. Combibo Tuition reserves the right to refuse study support if payment has been missed. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you understand that any sessions missed by the named client will not be refunded. Combibo Tuition recommends that clients keep a signed record of all sessions attended (or cancelled). Records of attendance will be kept as part of Combibo Tuition’s policy in case of any disputes which may arise.

1.10 Expenses
Combibo Tuition does not deal with any expenses incurred by clients for travel, learning materials or any other cost outside the fees quoted to clients by the company. Such expenses, if applicable are to be dealt with by other means. Combibo Tuition will provide materials where possible to support students with study.

1.11 Cancellation policy
Both the client and the company must notify the other in advance of any holiday commitments they may have, and any changes to the tuition timetable necessary because of illness or inconvenience.

1.12 Confidentiality
You undertake that you shall not at any time during this agreement, and for a period of five years after termination of this agreement, disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of Combibo Tuition, except that you may disclose Combibo Tuition’s confidential information as may be required by law, court order or any governmental or regulatory authority. You shall not use Combibo Tuition’s confidential information for any purpose other than to perform your obligations under this agreement.

1.13 Data Protection Act
Combibo Tuition uses client data for the purposes of the services that it provides. Session Leaders providing personal data consent to the use of that data by Combibo Tuition for the purpose of effecting introductions to clients, for billing and fee collecting purposes and to enable Combibo Tuition to contact the Session Leader from time to time. Combibo Tuition reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions. Combibo Tuition will, however, notify you in writing of any changes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Senior Managing Partner of Combibo Tuition, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions put forward by you. No variation or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a Senior Managing Partner of Combibo Tuition.

1.14 Approval
